About Megabon

Megabon Construction and Development Corporation began its journey on June 7, 2016, initially focusing on residential construction projects with a vision of Building Better Spaces through quality workmanship and reliable construction services. From the start, the company built its reputation on strong craftsmanship, dependable project delivery, and a commitment to creating spaces that provide lasting value for clients.

Between 2019 and 2020, the company expanded its capabilities and took on larger-scale build projects, strengthening its expertise in project management, construction execution, and operational systems. This period marked a key stage of growth as processes were refined and standards for precision, efficiency, and dependable execution were further strengthened.

In 2021, a significant milestone was reached with the expansion of the Parañaque office and the development of in-house manufacturing capabilities, enabling greater quality control and production efficiency. During this time, the company also began focusing on office and commercial fit-out projects, responding to the growing demand for well-designed and highly functional workplaces.

By 2022, operations were further strengthened through the acquisition of a warehouse facility in Biñan, Laguna and investments in joinery machinery, reinforcing production capabilities. The renovation of the Parañaque showroom during this period supported a fully integrated design-and-build approach, combining innovative and sustainable design thinking with reliable construction to deliver smarter and more efficient spaces. In 2023, operations continued to scale with the further expansion of the Parañaque office, supporting a growing portfolio of office and commercial fit-out projects.

A major milestone came in 2024 with the relocation of the office and showroom to Makati, positioning the company closer to key business districts and clients. Manufacturing operations in Biñan, Laguna were also expanded with additional machinery and delivery capabilities to support increasing project demands.

Today, the company continues its mission of Building Better Spaces, delivering projects defined by Speed & Accuracy, Excellent Execution, Reliability, and End-to-End Solutions, creating environments that inspire, support productivity, and improve people’s well-being.
